Regarding our practice to charge Fees
- No practice of inflated billing is adopted, which gets immediately accounted once notified.
- Notwithstanding cases, where others lost right upto Supreme Court such as Demands u/S-21(5) of MMDR Act, 1957 & have become dead for them, we secure result with mathematic precision. Hence we Charge Special Fees to recover our extent of time & effort needed to ensure predictable result.
- For any other non-critical cases, which others handle on basis of standard knowledge that do not require any extensive research & engagement of our man-hour, we certainly charge our Normal Fees stated in our Fee Schedule.
