“THINK TANK: Law & Logic”, a Body of (presently 7) highly independent, eminent, original thinker, erudite & experienced luminaries of substance drawn from different walks of life & exposure, is looking forward to engage in a constructive manner. It also looks up to more erudite luminaries to help it unlock the “POWER OF LAW”, perhaps not developed as yet to its fullest capacity.
“THINK TANK: Law & Logic”, as the name suggests, is trying to understand Law with Logic to explore if “Law is uniform, predictable & homogenous” is the Core of Law under the guidance of one highly able & competent Legal R&D Team, which has identified that this indeed is true in theory & can be individually realised if individual capacity & competency is developed.
Purpose
“THINK TANK: Law & Logic” is making sincere attempts to bring this to empower individuals. The idea is to identify better solutions by factoring the views of different people, drawn from different fields & experience, & understanding the real problem at ground. It seeks to engage people in a structural debate only on micro (individual) level issues to get a glimpse of the Core of Law i.e. a predictable result in Law.
Ambiguous practice in law exists due to structural problems in the society amongst the Legislature, Executive, Judiciary, Citizens & Legal Practitioners. All have different approach & perception, which create disconnect & discontent in the Text & Practice. There is a need to develop NEW JURISPRUDENCE to tackle new-age problems.
Think Tank will compile a list of constitutionally vulnerable provisions of various Law & help various institutions to address them justly. It will also help institutions to bring better Law & provide them innovative tools of Governance in sync with the Principles of Core of Law: Law is uniform, predictable & homogeneous.
