Mr. Biswajit Das is a practicing Advocate & the Managing Partner of Juris & Juris. He is the lead-Lawyer of “Team-A” & is the lead-Strategist of the “Pre-emptive Business-Risk Mitigating Strategic Solution” (both of which are the firm’s unique & celebrated flagship Services), whose clinical perfection/output has been solely due to his skill weaving 3600 (yes you read it right, 3600) dimensions (covering simple yet easy to understand Tools/Models developed on premise that every cause has “finite set of Fact” & “finite set of Law” & thus shall have only one outcome). Currently he is overseeing 10 Divisions of the Firm covering 10 different critical areas of Law.
His forte is the simplicity with which he brings confluence among Constitutional Doctrines, Rule of Law, Known Jurisprudence, Principles of Rights & Liabilities by engaging the Scientific Concepts in Law to secure the outcome in a predictable way. He secured unprecedented success/result in litigation due to designing & applying completely fresh & different structure of Jurisprudence not seen elsewhere.
