Ethics
We have set our following STANDARD (on Accountability, Probity, Commitment, Diligence, Ethics, Fairness, Honesty, Principle, Sincerity, Transparency, Compassion etc.) which we follow to a tee in true letter & spirit:
- Securing just Justice to the aggrieved is our only duty.
- Securing Regulatory tranquillity is our whole endeavour.
- Error is our enemy, which we give highest attention to & keep it at bay fully.
- We avoid filing non-deserving, wrong & frivolous cases.
- We remove ambiguity & ensure giving only one interpretation in Law.
- Our Formula for redressal is pure Logic having universal appeal (& thus we don’t go by the precedents in existing Judgments).
- We have innovated & are continuously developing new Jurisprudential Principles (to address the new-age peculiarly designed Laws & practices in the PIL era).
- We go with, (a) universe of Laws on issues in hand & (b) all the finer Nuances of hard-core branches of knowledge (whether it is Science, Economics, Logic etc.)
- We (on being told about the universe of Facts) apply the universe of governing Law (which is our responsibility) to form holistic & concrete Opinion (which is an unique feature of Team-A) if one deserves Justice (which is a measure of Rights & Liabilities & in turn depends on one’s Facts & Laws).
