J&J, headed by Mr. Biswajit Das, has always been synonymous with his name, whose near perfect track record has created a unique status for J&J. Team-A’s uniqueness incurs high cost due to high-skilled large man-hours becoming prohibitive for some Clients & some Cases below a particular financial threshold/stake. Thus, it has dissuaded & discouraged those Clients & Cases from availing its service. This itself is a stress upon its existing Clients, who despite availing its services for a sizeable period of time from the firm had to look for others to serve them.
CONCEPT of “Team-B”, comprising of Teams of advocates/professionals from J&J other than Mr.B.Das, was designed & implemented at J&J to address the aforesaid issue. These are the advocates/professionals, trained under Mr.B.Das & are working in J&J, who share similar values as that of J&J. These values are:

- Non-exploitative,
- Adherence to commitment
Clients will have the following advantages of availing Team-B Service:

- No need to look elsewhere for lawyers/professionals,
- Members acquaintance with J&J’s innovative specialized practice,
- Members exposure to J&J’s holistic practice solution in almost all branches of law,
- Avail similar service at similar price vis-à-vis services available elsewhere without compromising J&J’s aforesaid basic values,
- Full freedom to chose members for a Team-B, continue to supervise & monitor it in a similar manner as that of any other outside group/lawyers/professionals & decide:
a. A suitable Fee Structure from its existing Fee schedule and/or any other negotiated arrangement &
b. A combination of both Junior & Senior Lawyers/Professionals, either from amongst J&J lot or from outside.
